	First steps - Windsurfing Simulator




	Jump onto the board and check that your back is to the wind. Take hold of the uphaul rope.



	Take hold of the mast below the boom with both hands, holding the sail perpendicular to the board. The board will hold its position relative to the wind and this is known as the secure position.




	Gradually stand up, pulling the uphaul to raise the sail.



	Sail away!
