At Out of Town we recognise the key role that outdoor experiences can play in enhancing team performance in business. By working closely with client companies to identify the exact requirements for their business, we tailor our development programmes to truly deliver.

 

Taking teams out of the work enviroment and letting them face new challenges together can deliver many goals. Enhanced communication between the team, increase interpersonal bonding, gaining an understanding of shared and individual skills and encourage the participants to face the challenge of business not as many individuals but as part of a greater team.

At Out of Town we draw from a pool of over 100 team challenges, selecting those that best meet the clients need. We combine these with the thrill and excitement of action sports such as climbing, abseiling, archery and kayaking to create an experience that delivers business goals and is fun and memorable for the participants.
